Return and refund policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time for other clients.

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required.

A deposit will be taken when booking any treatment. This will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment.

Please be aware, we cannot confirm your appointment until a deposit has been received and your slot will be reserved.

We guarantee that where notification to cancel appointments is given, with less than 48 hours’ notice, deposits will not be refunded or offset against any future treatment required.

How to notify the clinic about cancelling an appointment:
Notification is always best given by telephoning the clinic or if there are difficulties with you doing so, then by email.

Please leave a text message or voicemail should you be unable to get through to us via telephone. The sooner notification is given the sooner we are able to offer your appointment to another patient and avoid your deposit being retained.

We try our best to accommodate late arrival however there may be times where your treatment time may have to be reduced or rescheduled to another date.

TREATMENTS DISCLAIMER

We achieve significant results in many cases and strive to work with you to achieve the desired result. However, the client's results may vary from person to person and thus results are not guaranteed. This varies according to biological make up and response, diet, aftercare and lifestyle. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs.

POLICY ON CHILDREN

We regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied in the waiting area.

POLICY ON PETS

We regret that we are unable to allow pets in the treatment rooms for hygiene reasons.
